I was with a Japanese friend at a coffee shop one afternoon, and we overheard two Japanese women talking at the next table. One of them sounded really angry. I couldn’t quite understand everything she was saying, so I asked the girl I was with to translate. It turns out that the woman had recently broken up with her boyfriend because he spent more time with his cell phone than with her – even while they were on dates! His sex life was satisfied by porn – like many Japanese men, this woman’s ex-boyfriend was getting his sexual fulfillment almost exclusively from porn through manga, the Web and adult videos.
Stupid Foreign Men Led By Sex!
Judging by the physical appearance and personality of many foreign men, most of those who marry Japanese women have had few sexual experiences in their native country. Once a foreign man comes to Japan, he "gets lucky" with a Japanese girl, gets "pussy whipped," gets married, and then gripes about the lack of sexual intimacy after he realizes she isn't as "interested in sex." One might wonder to what degree the Japanese woman was really intimate or interested in sex at all.
Sex Isn’t a Reward for Good Behavior!
A large number of men think, "If I do this for her, she should give me (or want to have) sex!" This is an incredibly immature way to think. Sex isn't a gift or a reward for good deeds or behavior. The feeling of sexual pleasure should be mutually satisfying, and statistically in many cases it's not – for her. It's almost laughable to hear foreign men talk about the sexual times they had with their Japanese spouse before marriage, and how now sex seldom occurs. These men are shocked and angry. Haven't they realized that though many Japanese women appear sexy and attractive that they aren't nearly as sexual as Western women? The statistics are everywhere; Japanese people don't have sex as frequently as other cultures. So what happened?
The Awakening of the Japanese Woman
Writers, filmmakers, and the general public have, for some time, been intrigued with the possibility of A.I. (Artificial Intelligence); so much so that serious concerns have been explored and dramatized regarding the theoretical and imagined problems that could be encountered with its reality. The concern most commonly expressed about the development of A.I. is whether there could be a potential for self-awareness, and then an ensuing struggle for recognition. But, what should be of much greater concern to the Japanese public is the awakening of Japanese women's intelligence, and their potential to become a force for change. This very awakening may well be unfolding before the Japanese public, albeit very slowly, in the guise of an emerging, modern Japanese woman.

Of recent exploit by the astute Japanese businessman is the hitori sama" phenomenon. Hitori means alone, the and sama give it formal tone. Being alone is quite profitable in Japan.
Are you wasting time? Reading books written in English about Relationships
It's interesting to observe Japanese women reading English books, by American authors, on how to create good male-female relationships. Oftentimes these women have never had a foreign lover. This means that most of the advice given is a waste of time to read and is irrelevant to the Japanese culture. Relationships and dating among Japanese is significantly different from Americans. And in fact most Japanese women run from exploring romantic relationships with Americans. Only the Japanese bookstore profits when the books are purchased, the reader gets only a little usable knowledge.
Women should realize that American culture is emotionally and sexually different from Japanese culture. American women expect sex and pleasure more often than Japanese women. For American women sex is not a chore on the list of things to do along with the housework.

I'm not sure whether or not to believe this, but Hideo Yamanaka, a doctor at the Toranomon Hibiya Clinic in Tokyo says some women may have a potentially debilitating disease whereby they may have orgasms without what might be considered natural sexual stimulation. Read these links: Japanese English Not so humorous, but considering Japan's declining birthrate and the Japanese woman's perhaps questionable interest in getting married or having sex with men, the Japanese man(in fact the population) is in trouble. Just What Do (Some) Japanese Men Think of Women?
